Members of the New York Alliance for Inclusion & Innovation and many other not-for-profit agencies are focusing on a whole host of issues including the COVID-19 vaccination. It’s important that providers are aware of the legal considerations regarding employee vaccinations. Joanmarie Dowling, Esq. offered a presentation on those legal considerations that agencies should be aware of, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, New York Human Rights Law, and other applicable law, as well as strategies for educating employees on the importance of vaccinations.
